John graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2013, where he studied Classical and Historical Archaeology. Since graduating John has started work in commercial archaeology in London and the south-east. While at university John developed an interest in medieval and post-medieval archaeology. For his dissertation he researched the reclamation of lead during the dissolution of the monasteries.
